Happy 4th July

Hearing that Benedict Arnold has opened a bar tab, the 2nd NH make a break for their local Wetherspoons.

The 17th Foot (originally in Frank Hinchliffe's collection) advance to enforce the licensing laws.

The licensing laws must be upheld - all power to the shiny redcoats!

The 17th is magnificent. What did you have to do tho Frank's figures to get them to look like this?

Thank you gentlemen.

Rest assured that, despite cries of 'no inebriation without representation', the continentals were soon back in their box. And rumour has it Arnold never did pay that tab...

Michael - a very good clean, some repair (though not a lot considering their age) and re-basing (after 40 years the original ground work had dried out and started to flake off).

More of Frank's (and Peter Gilder's) old AWI collection will feature as fast as i can restore it (so don't hold your breath).

cheers all.
